There is yet another document out, classifying people that are a possible threat to the nation. Who are they? Right wing conservatives of course! I got a link of the PDF, but I decided to make it easier on all of you guys by uploading and embedding it to my blog. Aren't I just wonderful?

Meet Colleen Padilla. She's a mom. She started blogging about being a mom and the products she's tried. Her blog, Classy Mommy, became a big hit. So big, that corporations started asking her to review thier products. Dream come true, right? You get to stay at home, spend time with the kids, and still be working! So far, she's reviewed over a thousand products, ranging from what I lovingly call baby butt cream to toys, and even takes opinions from her fellow parents into account in her blogs. Seems great, right?
Not so much. The Federal Trade Commission has decided that bloggers like Padilla and her peers might be in violation of good business practices. Evidently, because she writes reviews of the product and people then might go buy the product, she should list her blogs as advertisements, not reviews, because she gets paid to review the products she is given. Nevermind that many moms share this kind of information with each other already, and Padilla doesn't charge the moms anything to read the reviews, and she certaintly isn't forcing them to buy any of the products.
The Federal Trade Commission said that the punishment a blogger might face would be about the same as a company would get for false advertising, which could be anything from a cease and desist order to reimbursing the customers that bought the product.
I think what Padilla is doing is a great thing, something that us moms do an a nearly everyday basis anyways, she's just put it into print form. Is the FTC going to sue me next because I verbally tell another mom about a product I like, only she doesn't like it as much as I do after she decides to buy it? Poor form from our federal government, once again!

Due to the laptop going craptastic on me there for a little while, and me being sick with seasonal crud, I'm behind, way behind. So this is me trying to catch up, mmmkay?
I get emails from relatives, friends, and various newsletters. It takes me a bit to sort through it all. Sometimes it's just repeat information, sometimes it stuff that I look at and go find the source information. If the email has valid points and concerns, I'll blog about it. If its junk, I toss it. No, I don't use Snopes. I do it the old-fashioned way and do all of the research myself. I don't have a handy dandy team to help me like the big boys on radio and television. I don't even ask my husband to help me sort it all. I do my own searching on the internet, through the local papers, and asking my own questions, and then write about it.
So what all do I have on the to do list?
Obama is trying to ban all non-center fire guns and ammo. Ruling: I wasn't given a link to any bill in the House or Senate related to this, so until someone gives me more informaton, I can't state that this is true or false.
Sheriff Joe is Under Attack Again. Ruling: I actually found the article this email was based upon. Yes, Joe is indeed under attack again. For those of you that are unfamiliar with Sheriff Joe, he is the Sheriff for Maricopa County, Arizona. He believes that if you do the crime, you should pay the time, and not lounge about doing reps on an exercise bench while waiting to be released either. I love Joe, we need more folks like him! What is he being investigated for this time? Enforcing the Immigration Laws! Oh no! How tragic THAT A MEMBER OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY ACTUALLY ENFORCES THE LAWS OF THE LAND! Go get them, Joe, we are rooting for you!
HR 875 Takes Rights Away from Home Farmers. Ruling: I've read the bill, I've heard about it in the news, but... have not read about it otherwise in print media other than emails. And yes, this bill scares me. Those of you that remember the great depression, or have heard about it from your elders, those stories of your crops being taken away, or your milk cow going missing in the middle of the night... this bill sounds awful familiar, doesn't it? Take away what we can do for ourselves, and force us to be dependent on the larger companies and the government, pure and simple.

YouTube Star Summoned to the White House. Yes, everyone's favorite re-enactor has been called to the Whie House. However, this was published on the 26th of March! By whom, you ask? World Net Daily. You would think that someone, ANYONE, would have picked this up on the majo media stations. I didn't even hear about it on Fox News! He supossedly told Jerry Doyle, who runs the "Jerry Doyle Show", a conservative radio talk show, that he would give Mr. Doyle the first interview after the meeting at the White House. I'm scouring the website, and if I find any additional information, I will be sticking it here!
Tomorrow, I will be posting my videos of the day, and they will be starring my most favorite TV and radio talk show host, Glenn Beck! Also, news from my neck of the woods.

The Orginal Tea Party was in Boston, and started the fight for American Independence. Today, People from coast to coast are holding new Tea Parties in response to the sweeping changes Obama is wanting to put the country through.
This is just a small sample of past, present, and upcoming tea parties going on across our land. There are many many more of them on YouTube.
Also, I am unable to get an updated copy of the warning list of potential domestic terrorists. Why? Because they have decided to completely re-work it! So I guess those of us that like our guns and our right to voice our opinion might not be so dangerous after all?
This list was compiled together by myself and my husband. He came up with the list, as he thinks on the fly much better than I do. I just add the snippy remarks to it, mmmkay?
1. Term limits for Congressmen and Senators, 2 terms just like the President. Your city Mayor probably has term limits, and as far as I know, all Governors have term limits. Even the President has term limits, but our congress doesn't? Where's the logic in that?
2. Laws of the land should be written so that the common man can understand them without needing a lawyer in straight black and white terms. If I have to explain why this one makes sense, I might just scream.
3. If Congressmen and Senators are to be paid, they should be paid at the rate of minimum wage so that they can earn thier living like the common man does. Let them work by the hour! I bet they would put in more than half of the year making sure things run right then!
4. Congressmen and Senators should have to pay for Social Security and get thier Insurance through the Private Sector like everyone else. Retirement packages? Don't make me laugh. My aunt in law worked for over twenty years at the same place, and her retirement package is /only/ the social security she had paid into her whole life. If it's good enough for her to scrape by on, then they should have to scrape by on it too!
5. All new national laws should be held to a NATIONAL public vote, and the law can only pass by an overwhelming majority. Note... OVERWHELMING, not 50.1%, not 54%, but 67% or greater. Two-thirds vote! We have the internet now! Post the bill, and give the American people a month to look it up, read it, and vote! It's not rocket science, people!
6. GET BACK TO THE BASICS OF THE CONSTITUTION! Enough said!
7. If an Illegal Alien is caught in our country, they are deported and banned from entering our country legally. If they are caught a second time they are tried and punished in due course to the laws of the land. We don't need new laws. We just need to enforce the ones already in place here, and for goodness sakes, BUILD THE FENCE ALREADY!
8. Prison systems should reinstitute chain gangs to work on maintaining roads, and other various projects that could be implemented in local counties and parishes at no cost to the tax-payer. If Sherrif Joe can do it and it works, why can't the rest of the country do it? Common sense, people!
9. If an admendment to a bill has no relation to the bill being debated in the House or Senate, TAKE IT OFF! NO PORK! Don't sign or agree with any bill that is filled with crap like this!
10. Simplify the national tax system! Why do I have to read a 'booklet' that is over a hundred pages to pay my income tax? This is why the flat tax is staring to look better and better. Plus, in my state, we don't even have an income tax. We do have a sales tax and a 'sin' tax for things like nicotine products and alchohol and the like, but it's not overly high, and our state seems to do just fine budget-wise. Perhaps DC could take a lesson from this?

Remember Bush's 'foolish' war in Iraq? Remember how it was doomed to fail? Well, it would appear that it is /not/ a folly or failing. Let's take a look at the facts here, hrmmm?
We've had less than 5,ooo die in Iraq. This over a period of six years. The only war that the U.S. has been in that's had less casualties was Desert Storm. And that lasted a mere fraction of what this war has. In a nation-wide poll, 60% if Iraqis expect next year to be even better than they were in the last year and a half. In Basra alone, where there used be fear more than hope not long ago, 94% state that thier lives are well. In Baghdad, car bombs are no longer the norm. And combat deaths are at an all-time low.
Our major media has not reported anything about this until now. Until Obama came into office. such great loyalty to our troops and to our nation... And even then, I had to hunt all over the web for the one article I could find. Read about it here: Bush's Folly is Ending in Victory. That's right folks, it's not even a major publication, like the New York Times. It's not even listed as true report, but as an Opinion article. Our newspaper and television media bury the good news so that they can keep saying what a failure this war is... and it makes our wonderful country look weak to the rest of the world in the process.
Now... since we are on the topic of the Global War on Terror. Oh, what's this? We don't have a War on Terror now? Well, of course not, because the Pentagon has chosen to rename it! We are now in an 'Overseas Contingency Operation'. Oh, that's nice and descriptive and states our purpose quite well, doesn't it? In case you can't tell, that last sentence was just dripping with sarcasm. Why are we renaming it? Well, find out for yourself right here: 'Global War on Terror' Is Given New Name. Don't feel like clicking? Well, here's an excerpt from the bottom of the article, that pretty much sums it up:
"Our strategy should be to divide and conquer rather than make of enemies more than they are," said Nagl, now president of the Center for a New American Security, a defense policy think tank in Washington. "We are facing a number of different insurgencies around the globe -- some have local causes, some of them are transnational. Viewing them all through one lens distorts the picture and magnifies the enemy."
Yes, because those people that blow up buildings and kill non-combatant men, women, and children aren't such a big deal. It's those stubborn people inside our own country that would rather think for themselves and cling to thier guns and religion, instead of being herded like good little sheeplings that we have to worry about!
Aaaaaaaaand... there is an update on the Militia report. As soon as I can get my hands on a revised copy, I will be posting it. They've now decided that people that vote for a third party in elections might not be home-brew terrorists after all! Wow, what a relief! Seriously, just go back and look at all of the other points again. Then take your head and have it meet the palm of your hand. Because that's all the government thinks it should do to appease us.
But fear not! There is some good news! Remember all the talk about the Card Check Bill that was being tossed about in the Senate? No? Well, let me remind you of the basics to it. It removes the right for workers to vote secretely on whether or not they want thier business to become part of a union. Instead, a person can go to your business and ask you to sign a card. enough cards get signed and *poof* you are now in a union, and everyone that signed the card just gave permission to have thier names broadcasted to the rest of the company. Ok, got that? Well, Senator Specter voted against the bill, and thus, the bill is very likely to fail. Read about it here: Spector to Oppose Cloture on Card Check. Thank you for standing up for our right to vote secretely and not have our names pasted out there for all to see, Senator! I hope many more follow your lead on this issue!

Read this, and ask yourself, should I be worried? Because here's the basis for thier thinking that you might be a domestic terrorist:
Do you believe that we are heading towards a one world government?
Are you against any forms of gun control?
Do you think we may be heading towards an economic collapse?
Are you concerned that we may lose our First or Second Admendment rights?
Are you against the North American Union?
Are you against the Universal Service Program, which requires all citizens between the ages of 18 and 25 to attend three months of mandatory training in order to create a Civilian Defense Force?
Do you disagree with any forms of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), whether through subdermal implantation, or having it imbeded into a form of federal ID, such as driver's licenses?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then according to our government, you are a potential domestic terrorist. But keep reading, because it gets better...
Supossed member of militias are religious or spiritual, usually Christian, and are against giving rights to illegal immigrants. They also believe that they see themselves as Sovereign Citizens that feel that the current government has moved away from the intent of the Constitution. They are usually vocal in the support of states' rights. Some other people of interest are those that are anti-abortion, believe that federal income taxes are not spread fairly across all levels of income, and think that our country should have a stronger stance against helping or support illegal immigrants.
How do you know if you are involved in a domestic terrorist or militia group? Well, according to this report, if your organization does public community service related work, and offer training in preparing for natural disasters, you could be a domestic terrorist! Look out Red Cross and Salvation Army! Also, if you are part of a group that has no leader, but you get together just to have discussions about petitioning your local, state, or federal officials against legislation in place or being debated... well, welcome to the list. And those of you fighting curroption in the government, no matter the level? Welcome, brother, welcome, sister! YOU, according to this report, are a militia member and a potential domestic terrorist.
What about your political beliefs? If you typically vote Independent or Third Party, and you have stickers or flags like the GADSEN Flag, which was one of many flags ans symbols used during the war for American Independence, come stand in line to get your recognition as a potential domestic terrorist. Likewise, if you have seen films such as promote views against a one-world government... well, I think you get the idea.
Are you worried now? Did you fit any of the criteria listed in the document above? I did, and I don't even own any fertilizer!
Speak out! We have a right to stand up and tell them what we want our government to do, and should not be classified as terrorists because we think for ourselves! Are we docile sheep, or are we the people our founding fathers believed we would become? WE SURROUND THEM, THEY DO NOT SURROUND US! STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND TELL YOUR OFFICIALS TO CLEAN UP THEIR ACT OR GET OUT!
